One down, lots more to go

One exam down, four papers, four exams and one thesis left to go.

Unit 2 exam went well. There were questions that I had no idea what the answer was, but only a few of them, and than a lot of stuff I knew. I think I passed, but you never know. For those who are taking it soon, studying everything, it’s all game, and call me soon for info. I thought I over prepped but I was wrong! Also, mid-July is when the new info is put out.

After the exam I went to the Apple store, and wow is that neat! It’s so pretty, so are the toys. LOTS of people there.

Had to buy a shirt so I have something to wear tomorrow. On the flight out here we sat on the plane for an hour with no air, so once I got here I needed a shower and clean clothing to go to dinner, on the way home from dinner the rain started and it got soaked to the bone. The one time I didn’t bring an extra change of clothing! Plus side, cute new shirt!

Caught up with friend from wine school last year, she was in the exam with me. We had fun studying and catching up.

Have early morning flight, need sleep.

Will make this post public when I get home.

One last thing, tomorrow, Tuesday, Velvet Tango Room to celebrate during happy hour for FREE SUSHI!! Anyone and everyone welcome to come.

    Congratulations on finishing! Even if you don’t entirely know how you did, the relief of being done is always wonderful.

    Have a lovely time at the VTR tonight. Their Tuesday sushi is from Kimo’s and is v. good! Unfortunately, I cannot join you tonight because my department is hosting a national conference this week and my life is not my own. I’m sure you’re familiar with the experience ;-)

    yes, congrats, indeed! it sounds like it was rather intense.

    i’m still working out when i’m going to sit for various exams. unfortunately, it’s not looking like a trip to nyc is in the books for this august. thus, no advanced cert for me, yet.

    but yay on getting through the first exam!!

    [info]gr0m1t hinted at some juggling of priorities. I may be postponing my study plans. Selling our house looks to be taking center stage for the rest of the summer and early fall. Prepping for the Unit 2 while also trying to sell our existing house and shopping for a new one just seems like a recipe for failure to me.
