Yes people you read that correct! Once in a while customer service CAN do something right.
Last week I ordered a case of diapers for the first time online from drugstore.com. They were cheaper than getting them at the store and we know we’ll go through that many, so why not. When the diapers arrived on Monday it was not a case, but rather just a package of diapers. (1 case = 4 packages) Yet they still charged me for the case.
When I called to find out what they would do to fix the situation they said they would send out the case. When I asked what I should do with the package, they said to keep it free of charge! YEAH! 48 free diapers!!
